Any third parties must be given your written consent to access this information. Only you have the authority to provide this written consent. No one can do that on your behalf. For example, if you desire to receive your tax refund through a third-party method (i.e.: Republic Bank option etc.) TM101 must obtain your written consent to share your personal information to these parties. Such consent is obtained by your signing of the “Consent to Use” and “Consent to Disclose” authorization forms; provided to you by an TM101 tax preparer. A signed copy of such shall remain on file in our TM101 office for no less than 12 months. If you have provided us written consent, we may also solicit you for other products and services in which we may offer. This Privacy and Confidentiality Policy is effective as of December 2018. Because your privacy and confidentiality are pertinent to us, we guarantee to protect your information. We do not share your mobile information with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. We do not transfer your personal data to external organizations without your explicit consent, except as required by law. You have the right to opt out of receiving SMS messages from us at any time.
